What reasons would there be for not opting to hire a full-time designer?

To begin, the expense of hiring a full-time senior-level designer surpasses $100,000 annually, along with benefits (and securing their availability can be challenging). Moreover, there might not be a consistent workload to keep them occupied at all times, resulting in payment for unused time. With the monthly plan, you have the flexibility to pause and resume your subscription as needed, ensuring you only pay for your designer’s services when you have active work for them.

Is there a restriction on the number of requests I can make?

Upon subscription, you have the freedom to include an unlimited number of design requests in your queue, and they will be delivered sequentially.

How quickly can I expect to receive my designs?

Typically, the majority of requests are finalized within a mere two days or less. Nevertheless, more intricate requests may require additional time.

Who are the designers?

You might be surprised to hear this, but Wide Shouts Designs is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, founder of Wide Shouts Designs. However, power-ups requests such as animations or custom illustrations are provided by partner designers.

How does the pause feature work?

We recognize that you may not always have a continuous stream of design work to fill an entire month. If you currently have only one or two design requests, the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable.
Our billing cycles operate on a 31-day period. For instance, if you sign up and utilize the service for 21 days, and then choose to pause your subscription, the billing cycle will be halted. This implies that you’ll retain 10 days of service to be utilized at any point in the future.

What programs do you design in?

We utilize a variety of standard programs to deliver high-quality creative solutions tailored to our clients’ needs. Our toolkit includes Adobe Creative Cloud applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator for graphic design, layout, and typography. We also leverage Figma for UI/UX design projects, ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.

How do I request designs?

Wide Shouts Designs provides extensive flexibility in the methods for requesting designs through Mattermost. Clients commonly make design requests directly via Mattermost, share Google Docs or wireframes, or even submit a brief video (ideal for those who prefer not to articulate their brief in writing). Essentially, anything that can be linked or shared within Mattermost is considered fair game.

What if I don't like the design?

No need to worry! We’ll persist in refining the design until it meets your 100% satisfaction.

Is there any design work you don't cover?

Certainly. Wide Shouts Designs excludes the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (GIFs, etc.), document design (such as medical forms), intricate packaging, and comprehensive print design (including magazines, books, etc.).

What if I only have a single request?

Certainly. Once you’ve completed your design requirements, feel free to pause your subscription. When you have additional design needs, you can easily resume it. There’s no necessity to let the remaining duration of your subscription go unused.

Is there a possibility of receiving a refund if I am dissatisfied with the service?

Owing to the exceptional quality of our work, we do not issue refunds.
